I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience at a Starbucks. I placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes, and my name was never called. I finally walked up to the counter only to find out my drink had been sitting in the drive-thru pickup area the entire time, even though I selected inside pickup. When I went to ask about it, I stood at the register for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Several employees looked right at me but continued doing other things instead of helping. The store wasn’t busy, there wasn’t a line of drinks being made, and I even saw employees on their phones while customers were waiting. What really surprised me was that nobody apologized or offered to remake my drink after it had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. They just handed it to me like it was no big deal. At that point, the drink wasn’t even worth taking because it was no longer fresh. It was a complete waste of money. I also noticed none of the employees were wearing name tags, which I thought was strange. I waited around 5 minutes in line to get this caramel latte, and I was given a drink with a broken lid. This is not acceptable. I paid for this drink and expected proper service and safety. A broken lid is not only inconvenient but also a potential food safety issue pieces could fall into the drink. Please pay more attention to what you are serving customers.

Employees are always so nice!! Even with cars wrapped around the building in the drive thru they never once showed an ounce of agitation. Drink is always made to perfection also no matter how busy it is. Give them all raises 💋

Took forever to get someone at the counter. And the drink tasted like frothy water. And I even asked for a extra shot of espresso. I'm about done with Starbucks in general
